Alex is the biggest joy in our life! We can't imagine life without him! He is quite the character and has such a personality developing. He's still SUPER vocal and loves to talk to the TV, the sticker on his swing, drawings on the fridge....basically anything he finds interesting. He loves to laugh and giggle. He's such a happy baby! Playing with his daddy is one of his all time favorite things. I try to do the same things with Alex that Steve does and don't get nearly the same response. Steve's scruff on his face is one of Alex's favorite new textures.

King of our world

This is a card from my brother still on our fridge from Valintine's day. We can't bring ourselves to take it down cause Alex LOVES staring at, talking, and singing to it.

He's getting stronger everyday and is quite talented at scooting around backwards. He's also quite skilled with moving around the room on his back (weird).

Steve calls me throughout the day and I let Alex talk to him too. We know Alex knows Steve's voice because he doesn't get nearly as excited about talking to anyone else on the phone.

Just chillin with daddy after work

Look at them cheeks! :-)

Alex has a new facination with hats and visors. Whenever either of us are wearing one Alex is quite motivated to reach out and pull it off our heads and proceed to chew on it. :-)

Like I said, Alex loves playing with Steve....

He loves looking at the Baby in the Mirror

Look at that face!

Can you tell he had carrots for lunch?

Over the summer I took a sewing class for my major. MWF from 8-12 Steve would take care of Alex for me. One particular day I came home to his. Steve told me that Alex had had a rough morning and this was the only position Alex would calm down and fall asleep in. Notice the hand sticking straight out. :-) Steve's such a wonderful husband and father! I love you honey!

This is a spare pillow we have and Alex has claimed it as his own. He loves this specific pillow! When we sit on the couch with him this is the only one he wants to lay on.

He's got Grandpa Harmon's crooked smile.

Alex is in a program called Provo Early Education (PEEP). Once a month a specialist meets with us to and evaluates Alex's progress and gives us some new exercises to help him catch up (he's a little behind due to wearing the hip brace for the first 3.5 months). It's a great program and we feel so blessed to be a part of it. Over the summer they would periodically rent out the community pool for all their clients and their families. We got to take Alex swimming.
